Can I talk to my resume writer?

We work with clients around the world via telephone, email, and fax. These are the most practical and convenient ways to talk to your writer, so you won’t have to spend a single cent only to meet us personally to discuss specifics. This also allows us to reach out to as many clients as possible, wherever they are. On the other hand, if you really want to talk to your writer prior to writing your resume draft, you can do so via request. This way, we can arrange a schedule that is convenient for both of you.

                                        

How soon will I receive my resume?

Once we have your payment and the completed questionnaire or copy of your resume, it will only take one (1) to two (2) business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for you to have your initial draft. After carefully reviewing it, please inform us if we can then prepare the final copy or if there is a need for revision. Let us also know if you wish to expedite the process and we will try to accommodate your request the best we can.

Do the resumes you write pass the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

Most companies rely on the ATS for their screening process. Having that said, although we can use ATS to check whether or not the resumes we make pass the screening; we don’t depend on the ATS systems, and here’s why. There are several screening systems available online that differ in their ability to sort and manage candidates based on the keywords present on their resumes. So, for example, while some ATS can screen the term ‘employee recruiting’, others may prefer ‘employee recruitment’. Or an ATS might assign a higher grade when it sees the ‘project manager’ job title, and lower for the ‘project coordinator’—even if, say, both jobs have basically the same descriptions.
